Commission Process
Inquiry - Share your project details, references, deadline, and budget using the "Email Me" under your desired order. (If the link doesn't work, email me separately at masteryinc24@gmail.com).
Quote and Agreement - I'll provide a price estimate and timeline before starting. A 50% deposit is required to initiate the process.
Work-in-Progress Updates - You'll receive WIP images/screenshots throughout the development process. Two minor revisions are included at this stage. 
Final Delivery - Once the balance is paid, I'll deliver the finished files (FBX, OBJ, textures, and renders)
 

Estimated Timelines

• Simple Props: 1-4+ hours

•  Complex Props: 4-8+ hours

• Small Environment: 2 weeks-1 Month+

• Large/Complex Environment: 1-3 months+

Payment Guidelines

Accepted Methods: Zelle, Stripe, Wise, Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo. NO CHECKS

Deposit: 50% upfront before work commences, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. NO REFUNDS!

Rush Fee: +10% for expedited deadlines​

First-Time Client Discount: 20% off first project

Rigging: $50-$200

Unreal Engine Blueprint (simple interactivity like door open, lights): $50-$200

Custom Scripting: $100-$500​

Texturing and Shading Add-Ons

Basic Texturing: $30-$100+

Advance Texturing (hand-painted, realistic): $100-$300+

Rendering & Presentation

Extra Render Angles: $10-$25 each

4K / 8K Renders: $25-$100 depending on quality/time

Cinematic Lighting Setup: $75-$200

Turntable Animation / Showcase Video: $100-300
